Available reports
The portal includes seven reports organized into three categories. Click any report name to open it.

Activity | View all gift card transactions for a selected date range. | |
Activity | View gift card loaded values, voids, and net value added across locations. | |
Activity | View gift card redemptions, usage totals, and remaining balances across locations. | |
Liability | See total outstanding balances by location. | |
Liability | View individual account balances across locations. | |
Liability | View current balances for all gift cards. | |
Settlement | Track gift card loads, redemptions, and net activity across locations by month. |
Applying filters
Each report has its own set of filters. Select your filters and click Apply filters to load the data. Common filters include:
Location: Filter results to one or more of your locations. Available on all reports.
Date range: Set a start and end date for the data you want to view. Required on activity reports like Transaction Detail. On the Liability Detail report, this is a single date (balances as of that date).
Card type: Filter by Physical or Digital cards. Available on Liability Detail and Card Balances.
Card category: Filter by card category (e.g., Generic). Available on Liability Detail.
Card number: Search for a specific card. Available on Transaction Detail and Card Balances.
Tip: To view all data without narrowing by location or card type, leave those filters set to "All" and click Apply filters.
Exporting to CSV
Once a report is loaded, click Export CSV in the top right corner to download the data. The export reflects your current filters, so only the data visible in the report will be included. The file downloads immediately and can be opened in Excel or any spreadsheet application.
For accounts with a large number of records, the report may take up to a minute to load before the export is available.
