Common Use Cases

Tracking load performance by location Run the report across all locations to compare load volume and dollar amounts. Useful for identifying top-performing stores or locations with unusually low activity.
Monitoring voided loads Review the Void Transaction Count and Void Amount columns to spot locations with elevated void activity, which may indicate training gaps or process issues at the point of sale.

Period-over-period reporting Set a specific date range to compare load activity across weeks, months, or quarters for trend analysis.

Notes

  • Locations with zero activity in the selected date range still appear in the report with $0.00 values.

  • Voided loads are subtracted from gross load totals to produce the Net figures.
