When your order ships, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number.
You can also view your estimated ship date and tracking information directly in the eCard Systems customer platform at platform.ecardsystems.com on the Orders page. If your order has shipped, the FedEx tracking number is shown there along with your estimated ship date.
To access your order details, sign in with the email address associated with your order. If you don't have an account yet, register using that same email associated with your order. The platform will automatically match it to your orders and display your order information.
