Understanding Your Order Status

You can track the current status of your order at any time by logging into the eCard Systems customer platform at platform.ecardsystems.com. Below is a summary of each order status and what it means for your order.

Status

What It Means

New Order

Your order has been received and is being processed.

In Proof Queue

Your order is queued for proof creation. You will receive an email with a link to review and approve your proof shortly.

Change Request

A change has been requested on your proof and is being reviewed.

Awaiting Approval Proofs

Your proof has been sent and is waiting for your review and approval.

Approved Proofs

You have approved your proof. Your order will be moving into production shortly.

At Prepress

Your order is being prepared for production.

In Production Orders

Your order is currently in production.

IP-Cards Arrived

Your order is progressing through production.

Ready to Ship Orders

Production is complete and your order is being prepared for shipment.

Partial Shipped – Incomplete

Part of your order has shipped. The remaining items are still being processed.

Completed Orders

Your order has been shipped and is on its way. Check your tracking email for delivery details.

Need Artwork

We are waiting to receive artwork for your order or need higher resolution artwork. Please submit your artwork to [email protected].

Need Info

We need additional information before we can proceed with your order. Our team will reach out to you directly.

On Hold

Your order has been placed on hold. Contact our support team for details.

Cancelled

Your order has been cancelled. Contact our support team if you have questions.
