After placing a custom gift card order, you will receive an email containing a link to review your design proof. If you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. You can also access the proof approval link directly through the eCard Systems customer platform at platform.ecardsystems.com.
Use the proof link to review all order details carefully, approve the design, and submit payment. Payment is not automatically charged -- it must be completed using the proof link.
Production will not begin until both proof approval and payment have been submitted. Production timelines are calculated from the date approval and payment is completed, not from the date the order was placed.
