Setting up your eCard Platform account

This article covers everything you need to get into the eCard Platform from setting your password for the first time to recovering access if you ever get locked out.

Logging in for the first time

Before you can log in, you will need to set your password using the invitation email we sent you.

  1. Check your inbox for an email from eCard Systems with the subject line "Update your password with eCard Systems." If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder. The email will come from [email protected].

  2. Click the link in the email to open a secure page where you can create your password.

  3. Enter and confirm your password, then submit.

  4. Once your password is set, navigate to platform.ecardsystems.com and log in with your email address and new password.

Note: Invitation links expire after 24 hours. If your link has expired, contact our support team and we will send a new one.

Resetting your password

If you have forgotten your password or are unable to log in:

  1. Go to platform.ecardsystems.com and click Log in.

  2. Click Can't login to your account? below the email field.

  3. Enter your email address and submit the form.

  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email and follow the link to set a new password.

Note: Reset links expire after a short period. If the link does not work, start the process again from step 1.
