You create a gift card by placing an order in your ordering portal and choosing your card design as part of that order. Here is how it works.
Find your ordering portal and start an order
Every gift card is created by placing an order in the ordering portal for your point-of-sale (POS) system, for example Toast, Square, and others.
To find your portal, go to https://ecardsystems.com/physical-gift-cards/ and use the search box on that page to look up your POS system. That takes you to the correct ordering portal.
If you already know your portal's web address, you can go straight there.
Choose the type of gift card
In your portal, you choose the type of gift card you want to order. The two most common choices are Quick Cards and Custom Cards.
The exact portal will look similar to this, but may have a slightly different look and feel.
Quick Cards are ready-made templates. You choose a template you like and type your own text onto it. This is the fastest way to get a card.
Custom Cards are designed specifically for you, and you have two options:
Design it yourself and upload your own artwork, or
Use our design service for an additional fee. You send us any artwork and ideas you have, and our team creates a design and sends it back to you.
Pricing, card minimums, and production time vary by POS system and are shown in your portal as you order.
